Take advantage of your health insurance FREE preventative care

Since Obama passed the health care reform in March of last year, in October several new coverages went into place, including now preventative care is covered 100% on all health plans.  If your plan hasn't renewed yet then this may not be available until your next renewal, but either way make sure you take advantage of these FREE preventative services and avoid something more major down the road.
