ReplyDeleteI could not be happier! I went from Progressive where I thought that I had found the least expensive insurance to a superior policy, a lower deductible and on top of it all I am saving a significant amount of money on my premiums. I wish that I would have switched months ago!

ReplyDeleteTorry has been fantastic from day one. Definately wanted my business when i first contacted them about an insurance quote. He went above and beyond. He signed me up for encompass a company I have never even heard of, but i went with them on home owners as well as auto. And I am definately glad i did. My wife recently got rearended so we didn't need to claim it on our insurance but the people at encompass were great. They were more than happy to do everthing they could. They Were even willing to pay for our car and then go after the other insurance company for the cost but we didn't need to do that. They called at least six times to see if they could help. Both torry and encompass were great i highly reccommend them. Thanks for everything.
ReplyDeleteWe are so glad that we switched! Encompass is saving us over $100 a month just on our autos. Our homeowners policy is about the same but we have a lot more coverage. Torry was very professional and took the time to explain every detail of our policies. Highly recommend them!

Thank you very much. I have to say that you and every one that I have had the pleasure to work with at Insure Pro have been amazing. You are always willing to go the extra mile and take care of all the little things and I really appreciate it. in this situation, anyone other company would have just told me it update the bank information myself, buy you and Torry are going beyond the norm and taking care of this for us. That is just the first thing, when you ran into a problem at travelers where I needed to do something, you didn't just give up and put it back on my plate without the tools to fix the problem. You went the extra mile and called travelers, found out what I needed to do, found my username and then gave me a phone number of someone I could talk to there if I had an issue, all I can say is that I am impressed. This is not something you find on a regular basis and I wanted to let you know that I truly appreciate it.

Torry is fabulous!! He reduced our insurance premiums by almost half from our former company. I have called twice to file 2 seperate claims and Torry took care of everything. He is very patient and listens. I have never had experience filing a claim til now and he has made the process very smooth and easy. I am so glad to have Torry as my agent. He is amazing!
